RULES OF AUCTION-MOVABLE PROPERTY

1. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY A R5 000.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT BY WAY OF ELECTRONIC TRANSFER OR BANK GUARANTEED CHEQUE PRIOR TO THE SALE.

2. AN INTERNET BANKING FACILITY IS AVAILABLE AT OUR PREMISES WHICH MAY BE UTILIZED AN HOUR BEFORE THE AUCTION (NO CASH WILL BE HANDLED ON THE PREMISES).

3. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS MUST PRODUCE FICA DOCUMENTS, WHICH INCLUDE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THEIR ID DOCUMENT AND PROOF OF RESIDENCE.

4. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CONSULT OUR OFFICES IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT TRUST BANK DETAILS OF THE SHERIFF BEFORE EFFECTING PAYMENT. OUR OFFICE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENTS MADE INTO ANY INCORRECT BANK ACCOUNT.

5. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS PURCHASING ON BEHALF OF A THIRD PARTY SHALL BE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN A POWER OF ATTORNEY TOGETHER WITH ID DOCUMENTS OF BOTH THE MOMINEE AND THE THIRD PARTY AND IN THE CASE OF COMPANY OR TRUST ALL COMPANY REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED.

6. ALL PRICES ON THE FALL OF THE HAMMER ARE EXCLUSIVE OF VAT.

7. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE ADVERTISED TIME OF THE AUCTION.


8. ALL ITEMS SOLD DURING THE AUCTION WILL BE SOLD "VOETSTOOT".
